CHARLES MAYNARDCharles Maynard is a hospitality provider with more than thirty years of hotel experience, twenty-five of which has been at managerial level. He has a proven track record of delivering successful operations in both all Inclusive Hotels and EP Resorts. He is known as a focused manager who consistently provides exceptional results through strategic planning, management by objectives and people development. Charles is passionate about expanding on clearly defined business philosophies, succession planning, customer satisfaction and performance metrics. He is a creative thinker and highly results-oriented. His early training was at the F&B training attachment at the Ritz Carlton, Boston; The Management Trainee Programme at Almond Beach Resort, Barbados, F&B Management & Controls at Barbados Community College and the Hospitality Institute & Executive General Management Programme at the University of the West Indies. He worked in Sales & Marketing at Heywoods Resort, Barbados and held the position of General Manager at Discovery Bay Hotel, Crystal Cove Hotel, Turtle Beach Resort. He was also responsible for the Multi-Unit General Management of both Crystal Cove Hotel & Turtle Beach for two years and more recently, as General Manager of Belle Mont Farm at Kittitian Hill in St. Kitts. |
